A fire was burning Friday in a home in Baldwin Park.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department received a call about the fire in a house in the 4000 block of Benham Avenue about 2:40 p.m., said Franklin Lopez of the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
Fire crews extinguished the fire at 2:57 p.m., and no injuries were reported. Two dogs were in the home at the time of the fire, but were not hurt, Lopez said.
The cause of the fire is under investigation, and information about damage to the home was not immediately available.
