Four people were thrown from a vehicle Saturday morning when it hit the center divider of northbound Interstate 215 in Perris.
The crash was reported near the Ethanac Road exit at 1:25 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
Paramedics treated four people who were thrown from the vehicle, three suffered serious injuries and one sustained moderate injuries. All were taken to a hospital, the Riverside County Fire Department said.
The connector ramp from state Route 74 to northbound Interstate 215 was closed until further notice.
