Fire damaged the upper level of a two-story home in the Hollywood Hills Monday evening.
Firefighters responded to the 3100 block of North Oakcrest Drive, near Cahuenga Boulevard, about 10:10 p.m. and found heavy fire coming from the rear of the home, according to Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
A total of 33 firefighters worked to extinguish the blaze, keeping the flames from spreading from the second floor to the rest of the home, and a knock down was called at 10:34 p.m., he said.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire was under investigation.
