A missing 87-year-old woman who had been the subject of a Silver Alert has been found, the California Highway Patrol said Wednesday morning.
The CHP had issued the alert regarding Yvonne Walsh on Tuesday, on behalf of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department
Walsh had last been seen about 1 p.m. Monday in Moreno Valley, according to the CHP. No details were available about where she was found.
The Silver Alert program was established by the CHP to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearance of elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals.
