A vehicle overturned on a Norco street Monday, trapping and injuring the driver, who was extricated by firefighters.
The rollover crash happened about 9 a.m. in the 1200 block of Hamner Avenue, near First Street, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
The agency said that multiple engine crews were sent to the location and found the vehicle on its side, with the motorist unable to get out.
Crews used industrial equipment to free the victim, whose identity was not released, less than a half-hour later.
He was taken to a Riverside hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. His condition was not immediately known.
Sheriff’s deputies were investigating the cause of the crash.
