A vehicle being chased by Huntington Park police Friday collided with another vehicle in Vernon.
The crash was reported about 6:45 a.m. at Santa Fe Avenue and 38th Street, according to the Vernon Police Department and reports from the scene.
Paramedics took one person to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department. It was unclear if the motorist was arrested.
The circumstances of the crash were under investigation.
