Three people were arrested on suspicion of drunk driving during an overnight driver’s license/sobriety checkpoint in Perris, authorities said Saturday.
Fourteen citations were also issued during the checkpoint at North Perris Boulevard and Business Park Drive, which began at 8 p.m. Friday and ended at 2 a.m. Saturday, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department reported.
Four vehicles were towed and 547 vehicles were contacted at the checkpoint, officials said.
