Two people were fatally shot Wednesday in Lancaster.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded just before 3 a.m. to the 44000 block of Valley Central Way.
Deputies found a man and a woman suffering from gunshot wounds. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The man was taken to a hospital, where he died, sheriff’s officials said.
There was no immediate information on a possible suspect or the circumstances of the shooting.
