Firefighters knocked down a fire Sunday at a fourplex in the West Adams neighborhood of Los Angeles.
The blaze at 2639 1/2 Mansfield Ave., just west of South La Brea Avenue, was reported at 12:37 p.m. Sunday, according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman Lyndsey Lantz.
The department extinguished the flames in 12 minutes, Lantz said.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
No injuries were reported.
