Police are asking for public help in finding a missing 15-year-old Azusa girl who requires medication.

Eunice Medina was last seen about 10 p.m. Thursday at her sister’s home in the 600 block of North Cerritos Avenue, according to Azusa police.

Medina is Hispanic, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 134 pounds with long black hair that she has been known to dye blonde.

She is known to frequent Azusa, Woodland Hills, Reseda, Santa Clarita and Canyon Country, police said.

Police did not say why the teen requires medication, nor did they speculate about possible reasons for her disappearance.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts was urged to call 911.
