Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department detectives Wednesday are asking for the public’s help in finding a 75-year-old man who was reported missing nearly 13 years ago in Paramount.
Jose Ruvalcaba Lopez was last seen Dec. 30, 2011 on the 15000 block of Downey Avenue at noon, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau said.
Ruvalcaba is Latino, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighs 165 pounds, has brown hair, brown eyes and a mustache.
