Police sought the public’s assistance Friday in locating an 80-year-old man diagnosed with dementia who was last seen in North Hollywood.
Gideon Green was last seen around 5 p.m. Thursday in a silver 2013 Chevrolet Cruise with California license plate 8JAJ190 as he left home to head to a grocery store, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
His wife notified family members after several hours of Green not returning home.
Green was described as a 5-foot-11-inch tall white man weighing 160 pounds with black hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black plaid jacket and blue jeans.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Green was urged to contact the LAPD Missing Persons Unit at 213-996-1800.
