An Endangered Missing Advisory for a 1-year-old boy last seen in Napa was in effect Thursday in Los Angeles and Orange counties.
Saul Martinez Rafael was last seen on Wednesday around 2 p.m. near the intersection of Pueblo Avenue and Jefferson Street with Antonia Rafael Velasquez in an unknown vehicle, possibly heading to Mexico, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Saul was described as a 2-foot-tall boy weighing 25 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. It was unclear what he was last seen wearing.
Velasquez is 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. Sheriff’s officials stated that she is considered a suspect and was last seen wearing a floral shirt, blue pants, and a scarf.
Anyone with information regarding Saul’s whereabouts was urged to call 911.
The advisory issued Thursday night is also in effect in Riverside, San Diego, San Bernardino, San Diego and Imperial counties.
