Police Thursday are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man in Pasadena.
Pasadena Police Department officers were called to the 700 block of Rio Grande Street and Palm Tree Terrace late Wednesday evening where they found the victim on the ground outside of a vehicle, KCAL 9 reported.
NBC 4 reported the death is being investigated as a “suspicious death.”
According to reports from the scene, the victim was found with a gunshot wound, but police would not confirm that the victim had been shot, NBC 4 reported.
A witness told NBC 4 he saw a bullet wound in the victim’s shoulder.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
