A 30-year old man who was found fatally shot in a Compton parking lot was identified by Los Angeles County officials Thursday.
Deputies were called at 8:35 p.m. on Monday to the 2200 block of W. Rosecrans and Central avenues, where they found the victim, identified as Trayvone Danner, the sheriff’s department said.
Paramedics from the Compton Fire Department were called to the scene and pronounced Danner dead.
Sheriff’s homicide detectives are investigating the fatal shooting as a homicide, officials said.
