An Orange County man who was fatally struck by a vehicle on eastbound Interstate 10 in Riverside County, was identified Saturday.
The fatality was reported about 11:20 a.m. Friday east of Wiley’s Well Road, in Blythe, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene shortly before noon.
He was identified as 33-year-old Christian Hughes of Huntington Beach.
The circumstances of the crash were not immediately known.
