Lane closures are scheduled this week in Torrance for the installation of traffic signals.
The city’s Public Works department announced that traffic lights will be installed at the intersection of Lomita Boulevard and Madison Street, requiring lane closures in the area in all directions Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Motorists were advised to avoid the area during the closures.
