A 25-year-old man suspected of an assault and allegedly inflicting significant injuries was taken into custody Thursday.

Deputies responded at about 2 a.m. on Dec. 6 to an unspecified location, where a large group of men had assaulted two individuals inside an establishment, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office.

One victim was discovered on the ground with severe injuries and was taken to a hospital, while a second victim was treated and released at the scene.

Investigators from the Lake Mathews Sheriff’s Station assumed the case and identified the primary suspect as 25-year-old Nathan Bohn of San Bernardino.

Bohn was located at about 6:30 a.m. on Thursday in the 300 block of West 34th Street, two blocks west of North Mountain View Avenue, in San Bernardino and taken into custody without incident, sheriff’s officials said.

Bohn was booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center on suspicion of assault, causing great bodily injury.
