A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in Van Nuys Friday evening and hospitalized.
Officers responded at about 8:45 p.m. Friday to the 7300 block of Balboa Boulevard, near Sherman Way, to reports of a crash, where a pedestrian sustained unspecified injuries, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics arrived at the location and took the victim to a hospital in unknown condition, LAFD spokeswoman Margaret Stewart told City News Service.
Details about the crash remain limited as the investigation continues.
