The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is searching for a 58-year-old at-risk man with mental and medical health conditions who went missing in South Los Angeles.
Arnoldo Chavez was last seen at 3 p.m. Sunday on the 1500 block of East 62nd Street, at Compton Avenue, in the Florence-Firestone neighborhood of South Los Angeles, sheriff’s officials said.
He is Latino, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 195 pounds, with gray hair, brown eyes and a full beard, wearing a black shirt, black shorts, brown boots, a blue cap and carrying a red backpack.
