The driver of a gray Dodge Durango was arrested Friday following a freeway pursuit involving California Highway Patrol officers in Reseda.
CHP officers responded at 3:22 a.m. Friday to the Desoto Avenue exit and the northbound Ventura (101) Freeway regarding a speeding and evading call where the driver sped away from the officers before crashing at Sherman Way and North Wilbur Avenue, CHP Officer Sergio Garcia told City News Service.
Video from the scene shows the Durango with its front end completely destroyed after the suspect crashed into a Subaru, injuring both drivers Fox 11 reported .
The driver was taken into custody at the scene of the crash and the driver of the Subaru was taken to a hospital in an unknown condition.
