At least one person was injured in a two-vehicle crash Friday in Santa Clarita.
The collision was reported about 9:35 a.m. Friday in the 28000 block of San Francisquito Canyon Road, near the intersection with Copper Hill Drive, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
One person was reported to have been trapped, a department spokesman said.
The California Highway Patrol closed San Francisquito Canyon Road in both directions for the emergency response and investigation and issued a SigAlert.
One person was taken to a hospital about 10:10 a.m., the fire department spokesman said.
The SigAlert remained in effect until about 11:10 a.m., according to the CHP.
