An at-risk 15-year-old boy with an unspecified mental health disorder was reported missing after last being seen Friday in the unincorporated West Carson area.
Carlos Arturo Quientero was last seen at about 3 p.m. in the 1000 block of West Carson Street, between Vermont and Normandie avenues, near Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Carlos was described as a 6-foot-tall Hispanic boy weighing 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He also has a scar on his chest.
He was last seen wearing black glasses, a white shirt, green scrubs, and red shorts.
Carlos is believed to be destined for the 15000 block of San Jose Avenue in Paramount.
