Authorities sought the public’s assistance Wednesday in locating an at-risk 56-year-old man diagnosed with mental health disorders who was last seen in West Hollywood.
Robert Scott Silva was last seen at approximately 5 p.m. on June 25 in the 7900 block of Fountain Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Silva was described as a 5-foot-9-inch-tall white man weighing 180 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue jeans, and he has a missing right index finger.
Sheriff’s officials said Silva’s family is growing increasingly concerned about his well-being and is seeking the public’s help in finding him.
