Police are advising the public to avoid portions of Westwood and Bel-Air Friday because of President Barack Obama’s visit.
The following areas should be avoided from 9 to 11 a.m.:
— Wilshire Boulevard between Veteran and Comstock avenues; and
— Beverly Glen Boulevard between Ashton Avenue and Bellagio Road.
The following areas should be avoided between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.:
— Sunset Boulevard between Hilgard Avenue and Carolwood Drive;
— Beverly Glen Boulevard between Bellagio Road and Pico Boulevard: and
— Pico Boulevard between Prosser Avenue and Century Park East.
