A motorcyclist in his 20s was killed Saturday in a single-vehicle crash in Torrance.
The victim was discovered about 7:15 a.m. at the Seaside Heroes Park in the area of Lomita Boulevard and Anza Avenue, Torrance Police Sgt. Ronald Harris said.
The motorcyclist was believed to be going westbound, failed to make a turn and crashed in the street. His body was thrown into the park on the west side of Anza Avenue, Harris said. He died at the scene.
It was not immediately known what time the crash occurred, Harris said.
