Nine Southland hotels and one restaurant received the coveted AAA five-diamond rating, the Automobile Club of Southern California announced Friday.
The hotels are the L’Ermitage, The Peninsula and The Beverly Hills Hotel and Bungalows, all in Beverly Hills; The Ritz-Carlton in Marina Del Rey; the Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village; the St. Regis Resort in Monarch Beach; The Ritz-Carlton in Laguna Niguel; Montage Laguna Beach; and The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach.
The restaurant is The Belvedere, located inside The Peninsula in Beverly Hills.
“The AAA Five Diamond Rating is a rating award that’s earned through very hard work while providing guests a highly personalized luxury experience, and doing so through personal assistance or new technology options such as iPads and TV menus,” said Patricia Marenco, the organization’s approved accommodations supervisor.
