LOS ANGELES (CNS) – The Los Angeles Rams are asking a judge to confirm an arbitration panel’s award of more than $300,000 against a Newport Beach company that allegedly breached its contract to the team by failing to pay all rent due on a SoFi Stadium luxury suite.

The NFL team filed court papers on Dec. 1 with Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Wendy Chang requesting she affirm arbitrator George B. Piggott’s conclusion that Continuum Analytics, Inc. should pay $319,030.

According to the Rams’ court papers, the team and the company reached a settlement agreement in September 2024 after the firm breached a suite lease agreement. However, the company then broke the terms of the settlement agreement by failing to make the required settlement installment payments, forcing the Rams to pay mitigation costs, according to the Rams’ court papers.

A Continuum Analytics representative did not respond to an email request for comment. A case management conference is scheduled March 30.
