Firefighters knocked down an exterior fire that spread into a home in Santa Ana, authorities said Saturday.
Firefighters dispatched at 11:54 p.m. Friday to the 3900 block of West Kent Street had the fire out within 17 minutes of their arrival, the Orange County Fire Authority reported.
No injuries were reported.
The fire caused $200,000 worth of damage to the structure and $100,000 to its contents, officials said.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
