A nonprofit organization that offers recovery services will host its 21st annual luncheon with proceeds to benefit the organization’s alcohol and drug treatment programs, slated for next month at Palm Desert Resort Country Club, it was announced Thursday.

The event will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 23 at 777-333 Country Club Drive.

The luncheon will feature the “Runway to Recovery” fashion show, with exclusive designs made by Maria Lopez.

The Ranch Recovery Centers serves about 450-500 people each year and operates four facilities in Desert Hot Springs with specialized programs for men and women, along with transitional living environments.

“Often the people who need treatment the most are the ones who can afford it the least,” Rick Mesa, presidents and CEO of The Ranch, said in a statement. “Every sponsorship and registration directly supports people who are ready to reclaim their lives.”

Anyone interested in more information on the luncheon can call 760-329-8932.
