Seven people suffered minor to major injuries in a head-on collision Wednesday in Mecca.
The crash was reported about 3:30 p.m Wednesday in the area of Avenue 66 and Buchanan Street, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
The agency said three people sustained minor injuries and four others were airlifted to a local trauma center.
The cause of the crash was not immediately clear.
