A person was killed and another person was critically injured Sunday morning in a three-vehicle crash on the Harbor (110) Freeway in downtown Los Angeles, where a vehicle overturned and caught fire, authorities said.
The crashed occurred at 1:50 a.m. Sunday on the northbound freeway at the Third Street on-ramp, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Firefighters and paramedics dispatched to the location pronounced one person dead at the scene and rushed a woman to a hospital in critical condition, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The gender of the decedent was not immediately known.
