Five people were injured Tuesday in a two-vehicle collision in Jurupa Valley, with one vehicle catching on fire before it stopped on westbound Highway 60.
The crash was reported at 7:32 a.m. Tuesday at the Rubidoux Boulevard off-ramp, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
The agency said three people sustained moderate injuries, while two sustained minor injuries. They were all taken to a hospital.
The vehicle fire was contained at 8:08 a.m. Two lanes on Highway 60 were temporarily closed for an undetermined amount of time.
The cause of the collision was under investigation.
