Torrance Police circulated a composite drawing Friday of a man wanted for exposing himself to teenage girls.
The man was described as being in his mid-20s with short black hair. He drove a silver car, possibly a four-door Ford with California license plates.
The first incident occurred about 6:45 a.m. May 12, when a 16-year-old girl was walking her dogs near Spencer Street and Wood Avenue, police said.
“The suspect vehicle pulled up beside her and the suspect exposed his penis to the victim,” according to police.
The second incident occurred about noon April 3, when two 13-year-old girls were walking near Halison Street and Ingrum Way, police said.
“They observed a vehicle slow down and pull along the curb next to them,” police said. “The driver then called out to the females, exposed his penis, and fled as the victims ran away.”
