Authorities Friday identified a man who was shot to death in front of a shopping center in Pico Rivera last weekend.
Moises Vidal, 31, was shot about 2:20 p.m. Saturday at Whittier Boulevard and Acacia Avenue and died at a hospital, according to the coroner’s office and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. His home town was not known.
