A man was killed and another person injured Monday in a shooting in Glassell Park in the Eastside.
The shooting occurred about 4:20 p.m. near Drew Street and West Avenue 32, said Alex Topete with the Los Angeles Police Department.
The fatally injured man, whose name was not immediately released, was taken to a hospital, where he died. The other injured person, described only as male, was in stable condition, Topete said.
Police did not have details on the person responsible for the shooting, Topete said.
