A 45-year-old man from Jurupa Valley was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after being involved in a crash, authorities said Sunday.
The crash was reported around 5:30 p.m. Saturday in the 9900 block of Limonite Avenue in Jurupa Valley, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
One of the vehicles involved was occupied by a 43-year-old woman and a 13-year-old boy, and both were taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
The second vehicle was occupied by Rafael De La Torre Jr., who investigators found had allegedly consumed alcohol prior to the crash.
De La Torre was arrested after being taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
