A 53-year-old woman was charged Thursday with killing her roommate in a Garden Grove home.
Michelle Ilene Buzick was charged with murder with a sentencing enhancement for the discharge of a gun causing death.
Buzick was accused of killing her roommate, who was in his 60s, Tuesday. Authorities have not yet released the name of the victim as investigators were still working to identify all of his family members.
Buzick was accused of killing the victim where they lived in the 10000 block of Lotus Street, police said. Police were still working to determine what motivated the shooting.
