A 38-year-old man who was killed in a shooting inside a Long Beach bar that wounded two additional victims was identified Wednesday.
Arthur Rainey III was identified as the victim by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner’s office.
The shooting occurred around 9 p.m. Monday inside Carlies Bar near 49th Street and Long Beach Boulevard, Long Beach Fire Department Cpt. Jack Crabtree told City News Service.
Fire department personnel responded to the scene and found Rainey dead.
Another victim was taken to a trauma center and a third was treated at the scene, Crabtree said.
The shooter is still at large and there was no suspect description.
