Health officials sought the public’s help Sunday in identifying a female patient at Los Angeles General Medical Center.

The patient has been at the hospital since Friday. She was described as a slim, 5-feet-6-inches tall Asian woman weighing 127 pounds with brownish/black hair and brown eyes.

The patient might have been a victim of a vehicle vs. pedestrian crash on East Chavez Street, according to the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services.

Anyone with information about the patient was urged to call supervisors Melissa De Ramos or Teresa Ejanda-Sano at 323-840-8816, or Cesar Robles, a senior clinical social worker at the hospital’s Department of Social Work, at 323-409-6884.
