A man was fatally struck Sunday by a Metrolink train in Chatsworth, authorities said.
Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched at 12:03 p.m. to 19840 W. Nordhoff Place, just west of Corbin Avenue, in response to a train striking a pedestrian, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
The victim was described as a man, about 30 to 50 years old.
No injuries were reported on the passenger train.
