A man wearing underwear and no pants was fatally struck by a vehicle on the Harbor (110) Freeway Wednesday near downtown Los Angeles.
The crash occurred at 5:20 a.m. Wednesday on the northbound freeway at Wilshire Boulevard, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The man had walked from the right shoulder of the freeway to the center divider and was struck by a vehicle, the CHP reported.
The man was identified as 31-year-old Ramoncito Formoso, the Medical Examiner’s office stated. His city of residence was not provided.
A Sigalert issued at 5:33 a.m. closing all lanes of the northbound freeway except the No. 1 lane was canceled at 9:10 a.m.
