A Silver Alert was issued on behalf of a 66-year-old woman last seen Tuesday in Coachella.
Eva Coriatpia was last seen near the intersection of Mecca Street and Bagdad Avenue around 11:50 a.m. Tuesday, according to the California Highway Patrol, which issued the Silver Alert on behalf of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office.
Coriatpia was described as a 5-foot-2-inch tall woman weighing 168 pounds with brown hair and eyes.
She was last seen wearing a burgundy shirt, blue jeans, black sandals, and a tan sun hat.
Anyone with information regarding Coriatpia’s whereabouts was urged to call 911.
The Silver Alert program was established by the CHP to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearances of elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals.
