A man was struck and killed by a hit-and-run vehicle in south Los Angeles, authorities said Saturday.
The pedestrian was crossing Wall Street at Manchester Avenue at about 10:10 p.m. Friday when he was hit by a vehicle traveling west on Manchester, the Los Angeles Police Department reported.
The vehicle continued westbound on Manchester, police added. Paramedics pronounced the victim, a man in his 60s, dead at the scene.
