A suspicious device outside the Los Angeles Police Department’s Foothill Station Saturday led to the evacuation of the immediate area and the station itself while the Bomb Squad conducted an investigation.
The device was noticed at about 2:30 p.m. Saturday in front of the station at 12760 Osborne St., near San Fernando Road in Pacoima, LAPD Officer Jeff Lee told City News Service.
As of 6 p.m., the Bomb Squad was still evaluating the situation, Lee said.
