Police Monday are investigating a fatal shooting in South Central Los Angeles.
Los Angeles Police Department officers responded at approximately 11:50 p.m. Sunday to 29th and San Pedro streets. When they arrived at the scene, the officers found an unconscious 26-yer-old man lying in the street with multiple gunshots wounds to his back, an LAPD spokesman told City News Service.
Video from the scene shows officers attempting to revive the victim, but Los Angeles Fire Department personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
There were no suspects and the investigation of the shooting is ongoing.
