One person suffered burns Monday when a fire broke out in one unit of a row of bungalows in the Vermont Knolls area of Los Angeles.
The fire was reported at 1:26 a.m. at 436 W. 79th St., between Flower and Figueroa streets, according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman Margaret Stewart.
The flames were out at 1:44 a.m., Stewart said.
The patient was taken to a hospital by paramedics, she added. The patient’s gender, age and condition were not available.
