Three boys who left San Dimas Monday and were later spotted in Pomona were being sought by investigators.
Zackerie Vega, Jake Belvin and Kenneth Jones were seen exiting a Metro train in Pomona on Monday, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The trio had earlier been seen leaving the 700 block of West Cypress Street in San Dimas, sheriff’s officials said.
Vega, 12, is White, 4 feet 7 inches tall and 101 pounds, with blond hair and green eyes. He was wearing a dark blue T shirt, gray sweat pants and had a black backpack.
Belvin, also 12, is Black, 5 feet 4 inches tall and 121 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. He was wearing a dark blue hoodie and green pants.
A description of Jones was not immediately available.
Anyone who has spotted the boys was urged to call the sheriff’s San Dimas station at 909-450-2700.
