A search was underway Saturday for a 43-year-old man with a diminished mental capacity who was last seen in Lakewood.
Seth Frank was last seen at 5 p.m. Friday on the 5800 block of Pearce Avenue near South Street, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Frank is white, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 207 pounds, bald and has brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white collared dress shirt and black dress pants.
