A Silver Alert is in effect in Los Angeles County Friday for a 75-year-old woman last seen in Granada Hills.
Dorothy Henry was last seen at about noon Thursday at San Jose Street and Shoshone Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department.
Henry was believed to be driving a gray 2017 Honda CR-V compact crossover SUV with the California license plate number 7XMR509.
She is white, 5 feet, 1 inch tall, 123 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.
Anyone who sees Henry or knows where she is was asked to call 911.
The CHP established the Silver Alert program to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearances of the elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals.
